Every product or piece of artwork is handmade. From start to finish, literally hundreds of hours may be spent on a single item. There will be imperfections & each item is unique. I personally inspect every item that is shipped & would not put my name on, or take money for, something I did not deem “perfect” or "perfectly imperfect". Therefore, all sales are final & returns are only allowed for items that are received damaged or that have flaws beyond the normal & acceptable.
